Abstract The purpose was to investigate the impact of Industry 5.0 paradigm on supply chain research field. Our study contributes conceptualization 5.0, a term that has been receiving increased attention as chains adapt fifth industrial revolution. We conducted systematic literature network analysis (SLNA) examine landscape chains. used VOSViewer software and Bibliometrix R-package for multiple bibliometric analyses using 682 documents published between 2016 2022. present comprehensive framework including its key concepts, technologies, trends. Additionally, this offers future agenda inspire support further development in utilized three academic databases analyses: Dimension, Scopus Lens. Additional could provide wider better field representation. demonstrate how enables evaluation optimization assist companies navigating disruptions without compromising competitiveness profitability unique contribution by exploring promising areas guiding transition new practitioners scholars.
